Home Style Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS:

 ·         2.84 L Pantry Shelf Fruit Cocktail

·         284 ml. Pantry Shelf Mandarin Orange

·         1 bowl grated young coconut (optional)

·         2 cup condensed milk

·         1 cup heavy cream, whipped

·         ¼ cup grated cheese

·         3 tablespoons Pantry Shelf lemon juice

PREPARATION:

Drain juices from canned fruits and set fruit aside. Add the grated young coconut if desired.

Combine condensed milk and heavy cream in a mixing bowl. Mix all the dry and wet ingredients and stir.

Add grated cheese and Strawberry on top. Chill in refrigerator until cold.

 

Makes 4 – 6  servings.
