Home Style Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS:
• 2.84 L Pantry Shelf Fruit Cocktail
• 284 mL Pantry Shelf Mandarin Oranges
• 1 bowl grated young coconut (optional)
• 2 cup condensed milk
• 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
• ¼ cup grated cheese
• 3 tablespoons Pantry Shelf lemon juice

PREPARATION:
Drain juices from canned fruits and set fruit aside. Add the grated young coconut if desired.

Combine condensed milk and heavy cream in a mixing bowl. Mix all the dry and wet ingredients and stir.

Add grated cheese and Strawberry on top. Chill in refrigerator until cold.

Makes 4 – 6 servings
